Donald John Trump (born June 14, 1946) is the 45th and current president of the United States. Before entering politics, he was a businessman and television personality. Trump was born and raised in the New York City borough of Queens, and received a bachelor's degree in economics from the Wharton School. He took charge of his family's real-estate business in 1971, renamed it The Trump Organization, and expanded its operations from Queens and Brooklyn into Manhattan.
The company built or renovated skyscrapers, hotels, casinos, and golf courses. Trump later started various side ventures, mostly by licensing his name. He owned the Miss Universe and Miss USA beauty pageants from 1996 to 2015, and produced and hosted The Apprentice, a reality television show, from 2003 to 2015. Forbes estimates his net worth to be $3.1 billion.

dailyrecord.co.ukHundreds of anti-racism campaigners have gathered at George Square in Glasgow to send a defiant message to far-right thugs.Stand Up To Racism organised protest 'Stop The Far Right' with supporters arriving in the city centre at 11am on Saturday.Crowds of campaigners, including members of Unison, turned up holding placards and flags with messages "No to racism" and "Refugees welcome: Stop the far-right".A number of police vans remain stationed at the square.Two far-right supporters attempted to start a 'stop the boats' protest before hundreds of SUTR (Stand Up To Racism) campaigners booed them off of the square.More than 100 anti-racism campaigners have also gathered outside Holyrood in the capital to send a clear message to far-right thugs there is no place for hate in Scotland.Families including children are amongst the crowd.It comes after far-right activists from the Scottish Defence Group called on supporters to meet at the Watermill Hotel in Paisley last night to protest against "hundreds of illegal fighting aged men being housed in our communities that are a danger to our children".The group has also allegedly called on followers to meet in several locations across Scotland over the weekend on a now deleted TikTok account.
