Gareth Southgate's men saw off Denmark 2-1 after extra-time on Wednesday and are now just one step away from winning their first major competition since the 1966 World Cup final.
Throughout the tournament, the games have been broadcast on either BBC One or ITV. For the final, both channels will broadcast the match with BBC's coverage kicking off at 7pm and ITV 6.30pm.
