Christina Hendricks has clearly developed a taste for Scotch after her role in Mad Men, with the Hollywood actress being spotted visiting the Johnnie Walker Experience in Edinburgh.

The Good Girls and Firefly star enjoyed the journey of flavour tour and a visit to the rooftop 1820 bar at the Diageo-run tourist attraction on the city's Princes Street, becoming the latest in a string of celebs who’ve enjoyed the experience, including Scottish actor Martin Compston and Phoebe Waller-Bridge.Christina was clearly enjoying herself and was snapped enjoying a Johnnie Walker highball as she listened to her guide.Posting on their official Instagram page, the JWPS team wrote: "We’re no strangers to hosting whisky lovers at #JWPrincesStreet."So, it was a pleasure to meet the ridiculously talented actor and whisky fan Christina Hendricks, who recently joined us on the Journey of Flavour tour before stopping by the 1820 Bar to enjoy our unbeatable views of Edinburgh."They added that she was welcome to "pop back any time".It's understood that the red-haired star is in Scotland for the filming of her new show, The Buccaneers, for Apple TV.

The 47-year-old is set to play Mrs. St. George in the series adaptation of Edith Wharton’s unfinished final novel, which according to Deadline, follows a group of fun-loving young American girls exploding into the tightly corseted London season of the 1870s, kicking off an Anglo-American culture clash and the disregard of centuries of tradition.
