Helen, 31, who also has two daughters Matilda, six, and Delilah, three, with Preston North End footballer Scott Sinclair, said giving birth to Charlie was one of her 'proudest moments.' She gave birth on Scott's 32nd birthday at the Royal Bolton Hospital where she was also born.
