WHEN Gregg Wallace saw a MasterChef photoshoot with his bulging stomach hanging over his trousers, he decided to finally address his obesity problem.

And after trying a multitude of crash diets, he devised his own plan which still allowed him to have the occasional takeaway, snack and beer and saw him drop 4½st.

Today, in a special New Year series, 57-year-old Gregg is sharing the recipes that helped him lose his weight — so YOU can too.

In an exclusive interview with The Sun on Sunday, Gregg said: “I had started to hate my appearance on TV. I couldn’t watch myself.
