However, one person who knows exactly what happens when filming is former Gogglebox star Amy Tapper, who has been showcasing her weight loss thanks to the MuscleFood Goal Getters plan.
After first landing a spot on the hit show back in 2013, the 22 year old spent five years watching telly alongside her mum Nikki, dad Jonathan and brother Josh.
