Glasgow murder probe launched as cops name victim as Craig Shaw

dead on Thursday at around 5.55pm at a property on Jedworth Road in the Glasgow area. The 45-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene.Officers are treating his death as murder and a major investigation has been launched.The victim's family have been made aware of the tragedy.Now officers believe 'the answer to why Mr Shaw was murdered lies within the local community.'Forensic officers have cordoned off the scene as they continue to take away evidence.Police are now conducting door to door enquiries and have asked members of the public who were in the area at between 8am on Wednesday, 21 April, and 6pm on Thursday, 22 April to get in touch.Detective Chief Inspector Cameron Miller of the Major Investigation Team said: "A murder inquiry has.
