A cockapoo puppy was rushed to the vet hospital after eating a set of razor blades. Four-month-old Maximus was taken to Wear Referrals in County Durham after swallowing the blades at his Stockton home, Teesside Live reports.
He was treated by soft tissue specialist Jon Hall, who decided against performing an operation or endoscopy to try and retrieve the sharp objects due to the potential dangers of the surgeries.
Instead, the vet simply allowed nature to take its course - with the lucky pup making out the other end of the dramatic incident unscathed.
