Flood warning is issued for parts of Ayrshire with one town warned over possible 'impacts'

A flood warning has been issued this morning for parts of Ayr to Troon.Weather forecasters say that a combination of high tides and prevailing weather conditions means that flooding from the sea may affect low lying land, roads and properties along the coastline from Ayr to Troon.A SEPA spokesperson said: “Wave overtopping may affect low lying parts of Prestwick.
