Jailed Manchester Arena bomber Hashem Abedi has already been involved in violence behind bars as he contemplates a life sentence at a ‘jail within a jail’.

It is understood he is being kept away from most inmates at HMP Belmarsh, the category A high-security jail in south east London where he is locked up.
