Carl D’Arcy, 37, from Rochdale, died in February 2019 from a blood clot to the heart. His family and friends, knowing that he ‘lived and breathed Manchester’, decided to scatter Carl’s ashes and place a memorial plaque on Sackville Gardens following his tragic passing.
