evoke.ieA new show This Is My House may well leave viewers scratching their heads but TV critics are absolutely loving it. The bizarre format, which sees actors and the real owner try to convince a panel of judges they are the actual owner of the house, doesn’t sound like it should work.
But much like Gogglebox somehow the newest entertainment show on the block, hosted by Stacey Dooley has been well received. Stacey herself has described the BBC show as being, ‘a little bit Gogglebox, a little bit Through the Keyhole with a bit of Would I Lie To You?’ Each week four people claim to be the same person, and all own the same house, but only one is the real homeowner and the other three are actors.
