The mother of the late Euphoria star, Angus Cloud, has shut down speculation that his death was ‘intentional.’ Last week, the 25-year-old, who found fame playing the lovable drug dealer Fezco 'Fez' O'Neill in the hit HBO series, tragically passed away at his family home, with the local police department pronouncing him dead at the scene.

Confirming his death at the time, his family released a statement to TMZ saying that Angus had “intensely struggled” with the recent loss of his father.

And now, in a Facebook post shared over the weekend, Angus Cloud’s mum, Lisa, has claimed that while her son may have died from an ‘accidental overdose,’ he ‘did not intend to die.’ Thanking her friends and family for their support during this ‘shattered time,’ Lisa said that Angus was in ‘deep grief’ about his father’s ‘untimely death from Mesothelioma,’ but despite this, his last day was a “joyful one.” Describing the day before he died, she said: “He was reorganizing his room and placing items around the house with intent to stay a while in the home he loved. “He spoke of his intent to help provide for his sisters at college and also help his mom emotionally and financially.” The devastated mother continued: “He did not intend to end his life.

When we hugged goodnight we said how much we loved each other, and he said he would see me in the morning. “I don’t know if or what he may have put in his body after that.
