The Dutch FA have called time on the Eredivisie - with no title winner and no relegation.Ajax and AZ Alkmaar were locked level on points at the league summit but neither will be declared champions.The decision means second-tier leaders Cambuur - 11 points clear at the top - will be denied entry into the top flight.It also spells a reprieve for ADO Den Haag and RKC Waalwijk who will avoid the drop despite being the bottom two clubs in the Eredivisie.The decision follows UEFA's admission earlier this week that leagues could be called in "special cases", despite their preference remaining that every top division is played to a finish.KNVB, the Netherlands football authority, held a ballot between clubs over how the season should be concluded
