English teenager 'may be in Scotland' as police investigate mystery disappearance

Police investigating the mystery disappearance of a young English teenager believe he may have travelled to Scotland. Concern is growing for the safety of 17-year-old Elijah who failed to turn up for a meeting with a relative on February 14.

Officers say he was last spotted leaving an address in Tuffley, Gloucester, that day but has not been seen in person since.
