EastEnders fans demand Carter family return after Mick is lost at sea

With so many twists and exits, it's easy to lose sight of how big the Carter family really is. But following her husband Mick's disappearance, Linda Carter is alone in Walford with Shirley and her children as the only remaining members of their clan.
This has prompted fans of the BBC One soap to ask for the return of her adult children. "Linda really needs one of her children back permanently", one viewer penned on a Digital Spy forum.
