East Kilbride rugby kids head off on tour as fun day raises vital funds

East Kilbride Rugby Academy threw a fun day to welcome new players and raise funds for its young players to go on tour.The event at Calderglen Country Park last Sunday was a huge success with over £1000 raised so the P7 team can experience playing the sport in Ireland.Attractions on the day include bouncy castles, soak the coach, traditional summer races and a barbecue with some fantastic tombola prizes up for grabs.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.

The games are on most Saturdays and Sundays.The West Regional conference event starts next week and all are welcome to come along to support local
