Eamonn Holmes feels as if he is "learning to walk again" as he has rehab following chronic back pain. The 61-year-old presenter suffered nerve damage from three slipped discs.
In a video on Twitter, the Belfast man said: "I'm still crutch dependent but the idea is to get rid of this. I’ve lost nerves in my right leg and there’s certain actions that I can’t do.
Even the most simple thing is hard but it’s getting better. ” The This Morning favourite has turned to performance coach James Davies to get him walking again.
Eamonn has been open with viewers of the show and on his social media about his agonising battle. After suffering “pain like I’ve never felt in my life” and struggling to sleep, it took numerous hospital visits and an MRI scan.
