Disney+ just announced that they’ll be launching GroupWatch to the streaming service. The new feature will be integrated into the platform and will allow up to seven different people to watch the same show or movie at the same time.
GroupWatch is available right now to users in the United States and will expand into Europe later in the season. The feature does require all users to have their own separate accounts to use it, and you can start it up by clicking on the icon under a title and sending a link to up to six other people.
Links must come from mobile or browsers, but can be viewed via TV device or smart TV. If you didn’t see, Disney+ currently has four of the most popular television shows streaming on it.
