Meghan, Duchess of Sussex (born Rachel Meghan Markle; August 4, 1981) is an American member of the British royal family and former actress.
Markle was raised in Los Angeles, California and has a mixed ethnic heritage. During her studies at Northwestern University, she began playing small roles in television series and films. From 2011 to 2017, she played Rachel Zane on the American legal drama Suits. The breaches are in relation to links between adopted children and their birth parents, according to a report by the borough's director of children’s services.
In the report, Bernie Brown has outlined changes to improve the way in which information is controlled and released. She also said that Bolton Council 'do not have any dedicated support associated with this important task' and are not providing a timely service to the children and their families.
