As well as her collapsed jaw and cheekbones, the 48 year old star's nose crumbled after excessive drug use when she was younger, and she has undergone numerous surgeries over the years to try and correct the issue.
Now, after going under the knife again, the former Eastenders star has walked the red carpet to show off the results. Looking gorgeous in a pink jumpsuit with a red and turquoise leopard print blazer on top, Danniella couldn't help but smile as she embraced her new face.
