Dancing On Ice star breaks silence as they're forced to pull out of show
ok.co.ukDancing On Ice pro Tippy Packard was forced to pull out of the ITV show at the last minute due to a sudden injury in training and now she's opened up about her sad exit and admitted it "brings tears to her eyes." The 2024 series is set to kick off on Sunday, 14 January, with a new set of celebrities taking to the ice in a bid to be crowned the winner of the ITV show.
But ahead of the show's launch, eagle-eyed fans spotted there was one pro skater who was noticeably absent from the promo photos that were released to show each celebrity with their pro skating partner.
Tippy Packard, who joined the ITV show in 2022, was initially been partnered with Eddie 'The Eagle' Edwards for the 2024 series.
However, fellow skater Vicky Ogden has now replaced her and will skate with Eddie. Just days before the programme's launch, it was confirmed that Tippy was forced to quit the show due to a knee injury.
