Daisy Lowe of selling her London home 'before paying her bills' - after discovering the property on Rightmove despite an unresolved legal battle between the pair.
House Invaders star Phil Turner, 59, is suing the model, 33, for allegedly failing to pay him £45,000 after he refurbished the £1.
8million property last year. But Lowe claimed the work carried out by Turner's TWP Interiors was 'unsatisfactory', agreeing in May 2021 to take the matter to the courts - with a trial date believed to be still pending.
Turner shared the listing of the property on social media Friday, writing: 'When you see the work your company did re-building an extension for a client who you are still suing for work completed and not paid for!'He added: 'Selling before paying her bills!' Seemingly referencing the disputed extension, the Rightmove listing says: 'Great care has gone into the design and renovation, which saw the introduction of a glass-roofed extension to the rear. 'It adds: 'Historic features have been revealed, restored, and celebrated, including beautiful Victorian cornicing, box sash windows, chimneypieces and pitch pine floors. ' It is not clear what exact upgrades TWP Interiors were responsible for.
