Crematoria services are being limited to just 10 mourners after the government's latest coronavirus warning telling people to stay at home.
Salford council is bringing in the new measure, placing restrictions on mourners at Agecroft Crematorium, Peel Green Crematorium and Swinton Cemetery Chapel.
All chapel services at these crematoria will be limited to 10 mourners only. The council's Bereavement Services says it is making the change to reduce risk of coronavirus to both residents and council staff.
