The 'cowardly' driver, Levi Young, got out of the vehicle and ran away. The 28-year old has been jailed after admitting causing grievous bodily harm with intent at Preston Crown Court.
The victim, who was told he will never be able to run again, faces six months of gruelling physiotherapy before he’ll be able to walk, Lancashire Live reports.
