Concord Music Publishing has hired Duff Berschback as executive vp, legal and business affairs, the company announced Monday (March 16).Berschback joins the company after spending 13 years at Sony/ATV Nashville, where he most recently served as senior vp, legal affairs and business development.

He was recruited to Concord by the company’s chief publishing executive Jake Wisely, and in his role there, he will report to Concord chief business affairs officer and general counsel Larry Blake out of the company’s Nashville headquarters.“Duff fits squarely into Concord’s vision for a global, full-service, Nashville-based music publishing company, operating across all genres and territories,” said Wisely in a statement.
