A licensing panel at Bolton Council this week will hear an application for a premises licence for the Palladium Bar and Grill on Bradshawgate.

The bar, which markets itself as a ‘contemporary Afro Caribbean bar where cocktails, music and opulence rule’ has applied through potential licensee Hassam Abdullai for permission to operate the bar until 11.30pm each day and midnight on Saturdays.
