Clyde boss Danny Lennon dubbed the derby win over Partick Thistle "overdue" after the League One opener. Ally Love's goal secured The Bully Wee's first win over the Jags since 2007 when both sides were in the old First Division.
Delighted Lennon heaped praise on his squad after the battling victory over the title favourties.He said after the final whistle: "First and foremost it's three points against your local rivals and probably the league favourites, in my opinion."It's a derby that has been 10 years overdue.
