Clyde to 'review financial position' as players KO wage cut amid cash crisis

Clyde say they will be “reviewing the financial position” of the club amid a cash crisis after players knocked back a 20 per cent pay cut.

The Bully Wee last weekend voted to support the SPFL proposal to end the League One season and offer end of season pay outs to clubs.

Now the side are looking to their long-term future and have confirmed that the players and management have been placed on furlough.The club will continue to pay full salary of the squad during this time after an offer to reduce the wage bill was turned down.
