Charmed star Shannen Doherty has revealed that her cancer has spread to her brain. Doherty was first diagnosed with breast cancer in 2015 and later announced her remission in 2017.
However, the actress revealed that her cancer had returned and progressed to stage 4 in 2020. Taking to Instagram yesterday (June 7), Doherty provided fans with an update on her diagnosis and shared a video of herself receiving treatment, writing in the caption that a scan in January had detected "Mets", or metastasis, in her brain. My fear is obvious. I am extremely claustrophobic and there was a lot going on in my life. "I am fortunate as I have great doctors like Dr Amin Mirahdi and the amazing techs at cedar sinai.
