A Scots driver was left astounded after waking up to discover someone stole her car indicators. The culprit struck during the night on Saturday March 12 in Girvan and made off with the left and right indicator.

Footage of the red vehicle posted on social media shows a wire hanging out of both sides of the car following the theft. It is understood no other cars on the street were targeted.Posting about the incident in public group Girvan Ideas and Discussions, the woman said the latest act of vandalism was not the first she had experienced as she was becoming "scunnered".She wrote: "Some time last night my indicators were stolen from my car."My car is the only car in the street that has been damaged and this is not the first time my cars have been vandalised.

It is becoming a reoccurring thing and I am absolutely scunnered with it."We now have cameras on the house for this reason so if anyone wants to own up and bring my indicators back now is your time to do it as footage of you will be going to the police later today."If you are honest enough to bring them back by the end of the day the police will not be involved."Some people clearly have nothing better to do with their time."Driving a car without indicators could result in a charge of driving without due care and attention in the event of an accident.
