A car has fallen from the top deck of a transporter lorry, causing travel drama in Fife. Police were scrambled to the B891, near to Cluny Clays activity complex, around 3.20pm today after the motor fell from the huge vehicle.Photos from the scene show a dark green car on its side, partially blocking the road but with the rear of the motor on the grass verge.The transporter appears to be stopped as it waits for recovery, causing an obstruction for other motorists.There have been been reports of injuries, Police Scotland have confirmed.Officers are currently on the scene directing traffic around the crash site.A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Officers are assisting with traffic management after a car fell off a transporter at around 3.20pm on Monday, July 4, on the B891 Cluny to Strathmore Road.” Don't miss the latest news from around Scotland and beyond - Sign up to our daily newsletter here.
