Meghan, Duchess of Sussex (born Rachel Meghan Markle; August 4, 1981) is an American member of the British royal family and former actress.

I always tell myself to be kind and grateful but I'm human so picking myself apart happens."Brie and her twin sister Nikki, who welcomed a son last July 31, just one day before Brie delivered Buddy, decided to remind themselves of their strength by creating a body wash with the words "I Am Empowering" on the bottle.
The sisters use the wash "every morning and night when you are completely vulnerable.""Instead of tearing yourself down, you build yourself up," Brie said.
