Billie Eilish’s third studio album “Hit Me Hard and Soft” doesn’t officially release until Friday but you can already purchase the 10-track LP on vinyl starting today.
Eilish previewed her forthcoming album at listening events in both New York and Los Angeles this week. On Wednesday, May 15 she and Finneas played the album for nearly 18,000 fans at New York City’s Barclays Center.
On Thursday, May 16, she’ll do the same at Los Angeles’ Kia Forum at a listening event hosted by Snapchat. The Grammy-winning singer first announced the new album in April, writing in a press release that it “does exactly as the title suggests: hits you hard and soft both lyrically and sonically while bending genres and defying trends along the way.” As usual, the album was written by Eilish and her brother and musical collaborator Finneas, who also produced the album.
