A giant explosion has it four Ayr homes last night sparking a huge emergency response in the town.The massive blast has injured a number of residents in Kincaidston's Gorse Park and displaced many locals in neighbouring homes.Alice Shaw, a neighbour who lives round the corner from the scene, said the explosion was "terrifying"She said: "It sounded like a bomb went off.
Our entire house shook and everything from the television to the pictures came off the wall. The scene is like something from ground zero.
