An image of a bite mark, allegedly left by Armie Hammer, has been replaced in the "House of Hammer" docuseries after the image's validity was questioned by viewers, Fox News Digital confirmed.  The docuseries, which has already debuted on Discovery+, details sexual abuse allegations Hammer has faced since 2021. Courtney Vucekovich, one of Hammer’s former partners, shared the image with the network, assuming it was a picture of her body.

Century City-based Blue Fox Entertainment is handling worldwide sales and will release the film theatrically in the U.S. in 2023, the company said in a statement. “Popular Theory” is a coming-of-age comedy that plumbs the complexities of companionship and ambition.  In the film, Erwin (Reid-Gantzert) is a 12-year-old girl genius completely out of sorts as the youngest student in high school. She’s faced with only one problem she can’t solve: Social isolation. With fellow outcast and chemistry guru Winston (Lambert), the duo team up to invent a chemical that will change the high school hierarchy forever.

Rowling denied her new novel about a character being persecuted by online personas has anything to do with her "own experience" following the backlash she faced after sharing her views on gender, which were deemed transphobic by LGBTQ+ advocates and multiple stars from the "Harry Potter" franchise. In an online question and answer forum posted online for "The Ink Black Heart," which Rowling wrote under her pseudonym Robert Galbraith, the author explained that the concept of the book came long before she was criticized for her views.  "I have never created a book – and this book certainly isn’t created from my own experience – you know, with a view to talking about my own life," she wrote online.

Fox Business this week, Trump’s social media platform is facing allegations from a vendor of not paying more than $1 million in contractually obligated payments. Lady In The Lake was paused on Friday (August 26) in Baltimore after an unknown assailant brandished a gun a crew members.Production on the Apple TV+ series, which stars Natalie Portman, Moses Ingram, Y’Lan Noel, Mikey Madison and Brett Gelman, was halted as a precautionary measure.Variety reports that the Baltimore police department confirmed to the publication that a group of locals approached producers working a shoot on Park Avenue in the downtown area at around 4pm on Friday.The group threatened to return that evening to shoot somebody if filming didn’t stop, and they also told crew that $50,000 would have to be paid before production could resume.The Park Avenue shoot has since be scrapped and another location is being sought following the threat, the police added.Series producer Endeavor Content said in a statement: “Friday afternoon, on the Baltimore set of our production Lady In The Lake, prior to the arrival of the cast and crew, per their call time, a driver on our production crew was confronted by two men, one of whom brandished a gun directed at our driver, and then they fled the location.“We are working with the Baltimore Police Department as the investigation is ongoing. The safety and security of our crew, cast and all who work across our productions is our highest priority, and we are thankful no one was injured.

HBO Max has already renewed "House of the Dragon" for season two. The renewal comes after the premiere of season one saw massive viewership. Patrick Frater Asia Bureau Chief Film studios in Asia-Pacific are expanding the scale of their operations and want location incentives to keep pace. “Incentives are fundamental, they are an expectation [of production managers] and having one is no longer a USP,” said Rashid Karim, CEO of Iskandar Malaysia Studios. He was speaking at the Content Asia summit conference in Bangkok on Thursday. The IMS facility opened ten years ago around the same time as Malaysia introduced a location production incentive scheme. These days, the scheme offers a generous 35% uncapped rebate. But since the scheme launched, rival locations in the Asian region including Thailand, India and Mongolia have launched or are in the process of launching rebate schemes.
