‘Violent’ rape allegations against Armie Hammer by ex now under review by LA DA
accused him of raping her.“I can confirm that the LAPD has presented a case regarding Armie Hammer to the (Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office). The matter is currently under review,” DA rep Tiffiny Blacknell told CNN without specifying who made the complaint. The Post has reached out to Hammer’s attorney Andrew Brettler for comment. While details about the claims are unclear, it is known that the “Social Network” star’s former girlfriend Effie Angelova, 26, accused him in 2021 of “violently” raping her and abusing her “mentally, emotionally and sexually” in 2017.Hammer, 36, has denied criminal wrongdoing and has not been charged in the case.At the time, the actor said through an attorney that his interactions with Angelova during their four-year relationship, as well as with other partners, have been “completely consensual, discussed and agreed upon in advance, and mutually participatory.”Some women also have accused Hammer of being into cannibalistic fetishes and BDFSM fantasies. The embattled actor recently claimed he contemplated suicide amid the backlash.“I just walked out into the ocean and swam out as far as I could and hoped that either I drowned, or was hit by a boat, or eaten by a shark,” Hammer, who was living in the Cayman Islands amid the media scrutiny in February 2021, told Air Mail.“Then I realized that my kids were still on shore, and that I couldn’t do that to my kids,” added the actor, who shares two children, Harper, 8, and Ford, 6, with ex Elizabeth Chambers.“I would have these younger women in their mid-20s, and I’m in my 30s,” he said, referring to the age difference in his relationships with alleged victims like Courtney Vucekovich and Paige Lorenze.“I was a successful actor at the time.

Armie Hammer Accuser on ‘House of Hammer’ Producers: ‘The Way They’ve Been Exploiting My Trauma Is Disgusting’
told the LA Times on Friday that, when she was first approached by Hakami and Hobbs, she responded to them in writing, saying, “It is extremely inappropriate of you to exploit such a tragic, vulnerable time in many people’s lives, with no regard whatsoever for our healing process and privacy.”Despite her refusal and her letter, the docuseries includes photos of her Instagram account where she described her assault and footage from a 2021 press conference in which she tearfully said Hammer “violently raped” her for four hours in 2017. “The way they’ve been exploiting my trauma is disgusting,” she told the Times in Friday’s statement, comparing the lack of permission nearly as much of a violation as Hammer’s alleged abuses: “When I keep screaming ‘no’ and they keep going, saying they don’t need my permission, they remind me of Armie,” she said.Publicists for the series did not respond to TheWrap’s request for comment.Hammer’s attorney Andrew Brettler has previously denied Effie’s claims, saying that anything that transpired between her and the actor — “and every other sexual partner of his for that matter” — was “completely consensual, discussed and agreed upon in advance, and mutually participatory.”The case against Hammer began in early 2021 when Effie, who is the only woman who has publicly accused the actor of rape, began to share on Instagram her experience with him.

Horatio Sanz accuser claims Jimmy Fallon, Lorne Michaels were ‘enablers’ in sex assault
accused last year by a woman who alleged he sexually assaulted her when she was underage, but now she’s claiming that “SNL” alums Tracy Morgan and Jimmy Fallon, as well as show creator Lorne Michaels, were “enablers,” Deadline reported. The accuser filed legal papers on Tuesday naming the three men in connection to the suit, which was originally filed in August 2021.The Pennsylvania woman, named Jane Doe in the court records, accused Sanz of sexual misconduct when she was just 17 years old and also named NBC in the original suit. When contacted by NBC, a spokesperson told The Post, “Regardless of Jane Doe’s changing narratives, NBC intends to renew its motion to dismiss.”Sanz’s lawyer, Andrew Brettler, has denied the allegations. The Post has reached out to reps for Morgan, Fallon and Michaels for comment. In Tuesday’s filing, she claimed Michaels, 77, created a hostile and toxic environment and that young girls were frequent attendees at the sketch show’s infamous “after-parties” and “after-after parties,” alleging in court docs that alcohol was served to the minors at the late-night bashes. The woman claimed that “The Tonight Show” host, 47, and the “30 Rock” comedian, 53, were also at these parties and reportedly allowed the inappropriate behavior to occur.Court docs alleged the Sanz incident happened at an “SNL” party back in 2002 with several witnesses around, according to Deadline. The comedian, who joined the show in 1998, was a cast member on “Saturday Night Live” during that time, before his 2006 exit. The suit said Morgan reportedly rented out a space for an “after-after-party” in May 2002, where Jane Doe alleged Sanz assaulted her as a teenager.NBC had also filed a motion to dismiss the suit in April.

Robert Downey Jr. reportedly paid for Armie Hammer’s rehab
Vanity Fair, the Marvel actor funded Hammer’s nearly six-month stay at the Florida rehab centre the Guest House. The publication also reports that Hammer is now staying at a home in Los Angeles with his family, owned by Downey Jr.It comes after it was claimed in the press in the last week that Hammer was working as a timeshare salesman at a hotel resort in the Cayman Islands in order to support his family.A since-deleted tweet emerged earlier this month that showed the actor working as a hotel concierge at Morritt’s Resort in Grand Cayman, though hotel staff subsequently denied he was working there and that it was a prank.TMZ then published photos that appeared to show Hammer working as a timeshare salesman, though director of sales at Morritt’s, Chris Butcher, said in a statement to the Los Angeles Times that the actor wasn’t an employee but plays golf with one of the resort’s staff members, who had invited Hammer to “come and see what we do”.Variety has since alleged that Hammer is selling timeshares at a hotel resort in the Cayman Islands, an anonymous source claiming: “He is working at a cubicle. The reality is he’s totally broke, and is trying to fill the days and earn money to support his family.”Hammer’s lawyer, Andrew Brettler, said in a statement to Entertainment Weekly regarding the claims: “I can’t confirm or deny it because Armie hasn’t addressed it.”In January 2021, allegations against Hammer first emerged, leading him to exit the film Shotgun Wedding with Jennifer Lopez, and a month later he was dropped by his agent and publicist.Hammer was later accused of rape and dropped from further projects.
