The I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! presenters faced the stomach-churning challenge for the first time in one-off show Jungle Story.
Initially laughing, Ant explained that Dec's wife Ali is their manager so had secretly agreed to the trial without them knowing.
Watching his best pal attempting to eat a fermented duck egg, he said: "Do you want to know the best thing about this? "Dec's wife is our manager so she would have signed all of this off!" But when he was told to down a drink of blended Morinda citrifolia - aka Vomit Fruit - Ant changed his tune.
