22 Kids' Sue Radford reveals clever time-saving trick as she makes dinner for huge family

Meal times are undoubtedly busy and time-consuming for parents Sue and Noel Radford, with the pair having 22 children to feed.

Sue, 48, and Noel, 52, welcomed their first child when they were teenagers and are now proud parents to Christopher, 34; Sophie, 29; Chloe, 28; Jack, 26; Daniel, 24; Luke, 23; Millie, 22; Katie, 20; James, 19; Ellie, 18; Aimee, 17; Josh, 16; Max, 14; Tillie, 13; Oscar, 11; Casper, 11; Hallie, eight; Phoebe, seven; Archie, six; Bonnie, four; and three-year-old Heidie.The family stars in Channel 5's 22 Kids and Counting, which has seen them amass a huge fanbase on social media - most notably Instagram - where people like to keep up with their hectic lives.

Sue is regularly inundated with questions about her busy life as a mum-of-22 and she occasionally shares an insight into her day-to-day life, including how to manage dinner times.

Taking to Stories, she revealed she uses a slow cooker to help her prepare dinner for when her children return from school. Sue posted a snap of a chicken dish cooking in a thick sauce in her slow cooker. "Trying to be more organised with tea times since the kids have gone back to school so have been doing slow cooker meals all week and it’s definitely made things easier, especially with filming," the TV star wrote.
