Sounds like the Stauffers are off the hook! According to reports, YouTube star Myka Stauffer and husband James will NOT face charges in the welfare case over the adopted son they recently decided to give up.
The Delaware County Sheriff’s Office said on Monday that it had closed the case against the family and concluded that Huxley, a child with autism that the Stauffers adopted from China in 2017, is “safe with a new family.” Related: Kelly Clarkson Will Come Out Of Divorce ‘A Stronger Person’ The department also shared a statement on Twitter referencing the influencer’s involvement in the case.
