A workman was beaten to unconsciousness after leaving a tool needed for a repair job. Shocking footage of the attack in Edinburgh shows an employee of a building firm run by businessman David Love lying motionless on the ground while being repeatedly punched by a thug.
It is understood the incident was a result of the worker falling to bring a gas analyser used in boiler exhausts. Moments before he fell unconscious, the victim was repeatedly asked "where's the analyser?" and instructed to fetch it.
Cops who attended the scene said they were given "no information" by people they traced with "no complaint" being received.
