Ria McCullough posted the 'game-changing' method for cooking the 'amazing' roasties on Facebook, the Liverpool Echo reports.
It got hundreds of social media users talking, with many saying they had never thought of cooking them that way before. Explaining the method, Ria said she used Navan potatoes which she parboiled for 10 minutes and then let them steam dry in a colander.
