Members of the Royal Family joined together for a special Thanksgiving service to remember the Queen's husband, Prince Philip, who passed away on 9 April 2021.

For the ceremony, Her Majesty made a tearful appearance and paid her very own special tribute to her beloved husband by wearing her 'most personal' gift from the Duke of Edinburgh, the gold and ruby Scarab brooch. This wasn't the only way that Her Majesty chose to honour Philip as she also chose to swap her bright and bold wardrobe for a dark emerald green dress coat to mark the occasion. The chosen colour honours the Duke's livery colour which was Edinburgh Green and also celebrates his environmental work.

Other royals followed suit and put on a united front as Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall and her daughter Princess Anne also sported the same colour in their outfits.
