WandaVision follows Elizabeth Olsen as Wanda Maximoff, who made her debut in the Marvel Cinematic Universe in 2015′s Avengers: Age of Ultron.
Wanda’s twin brother Pietro, as played by Aaron Taylor-Johnson in that movie, died at the hands of Ultron and his death has been brought up several times on the new TV series.
Pietro, known as the superhero Quicksilver, was also played by Evan Peters in the X-Men franchise, which was owned by Fox until just a couple years ago when Disney purchased the studio. Evan played the superhero in 2014′s X-Men: Days of Future Past, 2016′s X-Men: Apocalypse, and most recently in 2019′s X-Men:
