Mobile phone users with older phones are to be cut off from WhatsApp within days.Some Apple and Android users' devices will be rendered out-of-date by the global messaging app used by billions.People with phones getting on in years only have days left on the platform.WhatsApp is set to prevent some users from accessing messages, photos and videos from November 1.Starting from Monday, the app will withdraw support from 43 different mobile phones.Users will lose the ability to message, call and share pictures and video on the encrypted platform on the free messaging app used by more than two billion people.WhatsApp currently supports Android phones running OS 4.1 and newer and iPhones running iPhone running iOS 10 and newer.Affected users
