Thousands of Snapchat users have reported the social media app has gone down globally. It's the third giant app to have been hit by technical failure this week.
When Facebook and Instagram went down for around six hours last Monday, Snapchat saw a surge of users. Around 20 per cent more people logged into the app during its rival's outage which reportedly cost the company £4.4 billion, according to the BBC.
Now, almost 30,000 users are reporting issues with Snapchat on the Down Detector website which keeps track of the status of major social media apps.
