Sunday is set to be one of the hottest days of the year so far in the region. As England take on Croatia at 2pm, temperatures are expected to hit highs of 25C.
Met Office forecasters predict long sunny spells throughout the afternoon. The weather is then expected to turn cloudy into the evening, but temperatures will stay high at around 20C.
On Monday, the weather will turn overcast with some showers predicted to fall during the morning. Sunny intervals are expected in the afternoon and temperatures across the region will average out at around 18C.
