Royal Albert feel they have been forced to join the new West of Scotland League – insisting “they are no Auchinleck Talbot” with the means to handle such a move.Secretary Peter Higgins says the new proposed set-up will benefit clubs who are better off, financially, but that the Stonehouse club feel almost forced into it.“The West of Scotland League is going to be a major change for everybody,” he said. “We haven’t got an option; all the teams in the junior leagues are going into it, so where would we go?
