Due to the restrictions on movement brought on at the outbreak of the pandemic in the UK, the pair were forced to stay apart.On Friday, as the country settles into phase two, they were finally together again.Julie’s husband Paul captured the emotional scene on video as a delighted Sean greeted his mum.
