Louise shocked viewers when she announced live on air that she was stepping down from the show last month. She said it was "time I stopped setting my alarm for 0340 in the morning" as co-host Dan Walker watched on.
While Louise said at the time she would not be leaving until after the summer, the BBC has now put out an official job advert to recruit for her replacement.
